The Waterfront Diner was a restaurant that wasn’t on my original visit list but after our Camana Bay food tour – we got a special tour into this restaurant so I was excited to come and try it again and see it in the daylight. I loved the decor and the vibe of the restaurant. We showed up for breakfast on a weekday morning so we had the restaurant mostly to ourselves. We ordered the island french toast, cinnamon bun and the eggs Florentine. Although everyone talked about the cinnamon bun our favorite was the island french toast. Soaked in coconut milk and flakes of coconut it was the perfect breakfast treat.
