A couple of weeks ago I made a quick trip to SF of course I had to stop at my usual favorites Tartine Bakery and B Patisserie but I’ve heard a few good things about The Mill so decided it was time to pay a visit. They are known for their bread and toast! I believe their toast selection changes daily, I can’t recall the exact toast we had – something with brown sugar and maybe honey? It was tasty but it doesn’t beat my Tartine Bakery or B Patisserie though I really love the atmosphere of The Mill.
It’s big and bright and filled with natural light. A large communal table and smaller tables on the side, perfect place to sit and read a book or get some work done. While the one toast I tried didn’t blow my mind, I look forward to trying some of their other toast combinations next time I am in town.
