where do you want to go?
Ever since I knew what the Galapagos Islands were, I’ve wanted to travel there and experience it for myself. My husband and I are huge animal lovers and search out animal encounters or ways to see animals in their natural habitat on every trip we go on. I would love to walk on the beach with the sea lions, snorkel with seals, dolphins and turtles, and fall asleep on a boat while listening the waves around me.
what do you want to eat/drink while you are there?
The two things that I’ve been told are absolute musts are seafood ceviche and encocados, a fish or lobster dish served with a coconut cream sauce and rice. And since I love tacos, I wouldn’t mind a few fresh fish tacos while we are at it!
your favorite place to see and savor?
London is always my first answer, as I lived there for six months and cherish that experience very much. It’s a total walking city with some of the best food and cultures from around the world all within a short tube stop away. My other, less known place, would be St. Augustine, Florida. It’s a small fishing/beach town with an old Spanish fort and the best fried shrimp and grits you’ll ever eat.
