Miss. Ollies | San Francisco

i’ve got a few places to share from my recent trip to san francisco coming up over the next few weeks for you, to start my lunch stop with maia at miss ollies in oakland!

miss ollies is a cute casual lunch/dinner spot new to oakland, focussing on carribean/american inspired dishes. apparently fried chicken tuesdays and saturdays are a hit and a popular choice however it was thursday so i opted with the special of the day, oxtail w/ rice and plantans and maia ordered the pulled pork. both dishes were delicious and didn’t make me feel sad i missed out on the fried chicken. though next time i am around i would like to try this chicken everyone keeps talking about.
