Baco Mercat

while i’ve only been able to dine at baco mercat once, i am completely smitten. i’ve been reading and lusting over the food at baco mercat for quite some time now and finally had some lunch there the other day. not only was the food absolutely delicious the service was really great too. for me, dining out isn’t just about the food it’s about the entire experience and everything hit the right note.

don’t miss the hamachi crudo (pictured above) – such amazing texture and flavors in every single bite. we also ordered caesar brussel sprouts (pictured below), toron baco – oxtail hash, cheddar tarter and horseradish, the original baco – pork, beef carnitas, salbitxada sauce, and tapioca dolce for dessert. i seriously can not wait to go back – who wants to go?
