over the weekend i was finally able to check out new location of prepkitchen in little italy. i had high expectations, after seeing all of the tweets online i was so excited. i definitely was not disappointed – they did a spectacular job with the new space, beautiful light, nice wood work, with all sort of little details that i absolutely loved. pictured above is their ‘private’ dining space which was so lovely, i litereally had to take a moment to soak it all in.
see those business cards, yep the carved out some books to put those cards in – so clever!
perhaps one of my favorite touches of the restaurant were mason jars filled with herbs and spices. i wonder how much maintenance those need. more photos to come tomorrow – stay tuned!
