dollops! ok.. dollops are really hard! i spent a lot of time trying to perfect my dollop instead of styling my shot. i used the entire tub of cool whip 🙂 i promised i didn’t eat any! adam taught us a technique to making the perfect dollop but it definitely comes with practice. above are the styled desserts from krystal regueiro (right) and melissa gardner (left). below is my dolloped dessert.
