ever since i went to hawaii i’ve been in love with omusbis. an omusbi is a japanesse rice ball(triangle) wrapped with nori (japanese seaweed) filled with different types of meats/veggies. i read about sunny blue and was excited to try the place out. located in santa monica the restaurant is small and cute. i tried the spicy salmon, tuna mayo, chicken curry, miso mushroom and the miso beef. the miso beef is hands down my favorite and for only $2-$3 each you can’t go wrong! – they also serve yogurt too if you need a sweet treat!
